Woah. It’s been a while since i’ve been on. I’m not going to lie to you; I’ve been doing pretty badly. I’ve been eating very badly, and haven’t been running. This week is my first week of holidays, so i’ve started going to the gym every day. Hopefully this is the kick i need to get me motivated again. 12/4/2011

hey, sorry for the late reply, I’ve been away for a while!
I don’t think that it helps you lose weight very much, but it is more than definitely making me fitter. I am about to start week 4 , and I can now run for 3 minutes straight. It’s strange to think I struggled with running for 1 minute only 3 weeks ago !
I think you should do it if you want to increase your running ability :)
and yes, I have it for the iPhone :)
Guys ! I haven’t been on in ages because of camp ! I’m so exited to be back so I can start eating properly and running again. I think I’ll go for a run tonight :) 1/4/2011

I don’t want to be so skinny that I look ill . I don’t want to be so frail that people are afraid they will crush me when they hug me . I don’t want my hip bones to poke out extremely far , and I don’t want my knees to be bigger than my legs . What I want is to be thin , but healthy . To be able to get a piggy back ride , to be able to sit on your lap without holding myself up , to be able to sit down and not have to put my pants over my belly . To be able to wear shorts again , to be able to wear tanks without feeling like my arms are the size of a thigh . I just want to be comfortable , and to love my body fully . That’s all .
